When you book a free consultation or send a scenario
Our “Book a Free Consultation” form asks for your full name and email address, which are required so we can identify and respond to you. Phone number and a short description of what you’re looking to do are both optional. Only what you choose to type in that field is sent. Submitting the form also records your confirmation that you’ve read this notice and want to be contacted about your enquiry, and, separately, whether you’ve opted in to occasional PolicyMatch updates: that marketing choice is stored separately from your enquiry details and is off unless you tick it. Before a Start My Scenario submission, the website shows the Scenario Summary information that will be sent, so you can see exactly what’s included before you send it.
What not to send through the public website
Do not upload or send identity documents, tax file numbers, bank account details, passwords, full bank statements, payslips, tax returns or other sensitive loan documents through the public website. If supporting documents are needed later, use the approved secure client process.
Analytics and advertising

Marketing
Sending a service enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If PolicyMatch offers marketing updates in future, marketing consent will be requested separately and you will be able to unsubscribe from those messages at any time.
