How this can work with federal support
WA’s duty concession, FHOG and Home Buyers Assistance Account can potentially combine with the 5% Deposit Scheme where you separately qualify.
What to confirm before signing
- whether your property is north or south of the 26th parallel, as the FHOG cap differs
- your purchase price against the duty bands above
- whether you also qualify for the separate Home Buyers Assistance Account reimbursement
